Becoming a member of the My High Club is simple and rewarding. All you need to do is place your first order with us. Once you’ve done that, you will automatically gain access to our website’s member portal. As a member, you can effortlessly track your orders, ensuring you are always in the know about your purchase status.
But that’s just the beginning! By joining, you’ll unlock a wealth of member-only benefits designed to enhance your experience. Our points program allows you to earn rewards with every purchase, which can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. We also love giving away free gifts to our members, in fact, every purchase in 2024 will include a free additional gift on top of any promotions we may be running.
Canadian residents aged 19 and above are eligible to make purchases on our website.
Payment & Orders
At this time we only offer Interac e-transfer payment. You can pay securely and discreetly through Interac e-Transfer. After placing your order, detailed payment instructions will be provided on the checkout page and sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see the email. For your privacy, all transactions will appear under a discreet name.
- Shop Around: Browse through our curated selection and discover the perfect products for you. Add your desired items to your cart as you go.
- Review Your Cart: Once you’ve selected all your items, take a moment to review your cart. Make sure you have everything you want, then click “Proceed to Checkout.” This
will take you to the Checkout page. - Apply Coupon Codes: If you have any coupon codes, enter them at the top of the Checkout page to enjoy your exclusive discounts.
- Enter Your Information: Provide your billing and shipping details. Double-check your shipping address to avoid any delays.
- Select Shipping Method: Choose your preferred shipping method and proceed to complete the checkout process.
- E-Transfer Payment Instructions: After successfully checking out, you’ll be redirected to a page with e-transfer payment instructions, and you’ll receive a matching email.
Follow these instructions carefully. Please note that our team processes e-transfers Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM PST.

We understand that plans can change! However, due to our fulfillment system, we can’t add or remove items from your order once it’s been paid for. So please choose carefully when placing your order.
If you’d like to add more products, please place a new order. Thanks for understanding!

We’ll make it right by offering you one of two options:
- Store Credit: Get a credit for the full amount you paid.
- Reshipment: We’ll resend the item to you at no extra cost.
If the item you need is out of stock, don’t worry! We’ll work with you to find a great replacement
of equal value.

Absolutely! Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. You’ll find the tracking number in the bottom half of the email, and it will link you directly to the Canada Post tracking site.
Be sure to check your junk folder so you don’t miss our emails!
Because of the unique nature of our products, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges. Please choose your items carefully, and don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team for any guidance or assistance you need with your selections. If the item is incorrect or damaged we will make it right.

We take great care to ensure all orders are shipped discreetly and securely using Xpresspost™ via Canada Post.
We ship anywhere in Canada! From west to east, we’ve got you covered.
We’re happy to offer FREE SHIPPING with Canada Post on orders over $120 (before taxes and shipping, and after any discounts including coupons and reward points). Once your order exceeds this amount, free shipping will be applied automatically.
For orders under $120, we provide a flat rate shipping fee of $19 anywhere in Canada.
If you’re in a remote area, please allow an extra 1-3 business days for delivery.
Please note, we can’t refund postage if your order is delayed due to Canada Post.
We ship from beautiful Vancouver Island using Canada Post’s tracked mail. Here’s what you can expect for delivery times within Canada:
- Local Mail: 2 business days
- Within the Province: 3 business days
- National Mail: 4 business days
My High Loyalty Program
We’re excited to share that our loyalty program is now live. Now you can shop for your favourite products and get even more value!
It’s super simple. You earn points by purchasing products and leaving a review.
For every dollar you spend, you earn 10 points. So, if you spend $10, you get 100 points! Every 250 points can be redeemed for $1 worth of store credit. There’s no limit to how many points you can earn!
You can see your current points on the “My Account” page.
When you’re checking out, you’ll be asked if you want to apply your points to your total. Just enter the number of points you want to use, and the discount will automatically be applied to your cart total.
With our loyalty program, you earn 10 points for every dollar spent, and the product purchased being reviewed. Every 250 points can be redeemed for $1 in store credit, with no limit on how many points you can earn. Check your points on the “My Account” page and redeem them at checkout for instant savings.
You and your friend both earn $20 worth of points after your friend completes their first purchase and creates their account on the My High website.
You can get your sharing URL from your Rewards section in your My Account page or from the My Rewards button bottom right on any page of the site while logged in.
Your friend can also simply give your name during checkout and we will apply your rewards to both accounts!
